Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (proficient in English and Mandarin), personable, confident Studio Sales Assistant to lead our in-store customer experience. This part-time role is all about sales—welcoming walk-in customers, guiding them through our frame and retail selections, responding to inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our playful yet professional brand. You'll be the go-to person for helping customers make decisions, placing orders, and feeling great about their purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

  2. Guide clients through frame customisation, printing, delivery, and installation options

  3. Confidently recommend products and services to meet customer needs and upsell where appropriate

  4. Offer basic design advice to help customers visualise their choices (no advanced art skills required)
    Maintain a visually inviting retail space that encourages browsing and buying

  5. Sales Communication & Quotation Handling:

  6. Respond promptly to inquiries regarding quotations, product options, and general questions

  7. Communicate pricing and service details clearly and persuasively
    Follow up with leads and potential customers to close sales and build relationships

  8. Order Coordination & Admin Support:

  9. Issue invoices and update order statuses accurately

  10. Receive supplier orders and upload expenses

  11. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth handovers and continuity across shifts
    Track customer orders and ensure timely updates and follow-through

  12. Quality Assurance & Order Fulfilment:

  13. Conduct thorough quality checks on finished frames to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.

  14. Pack and prepare frames with care and efficiency.
    Address and resolve any customer concerns related to orders or services.
