**Lioncat Studios is a new film production studio in Singapore. It offers clients up to 2000 square feet of video production space including one cyclorama studio and one lifestyle studio. Our clients will be mostly production companies or advertising agencies needing a location in which to shoot their commercials, photoshoots, or social content videos. Lioncat Studios creates a fun, buzzing, inspiring and creative environment for photographers and filmmakers to operate - making their visions come to life. Lioncat Studios will become known for the quality of its customer service - prompt responses to client enquiries, attention to client's needs, the provision of a high quality space, that's clean and in good order. Plus the offering of support services such as film crew and production equipment if needed. Customers should end a shoot at Lioncat Studios feeling creatively fulfilled and certain they'd choose Lioncat Studios for all their future shoots.**

**About the role**:
The Studio Coordinator is a key, front-facing member of the administrative team. You will be conducting reception, customer service and other administrative duties in a dynamic and stylish filmmaking environment like no other. You will be reporting directly to the Studio Manager.

We're looking for someone who's good with people, passionate, caring, efficient, organised and has initiative - someone who can bring our team further. An interest in photography, filmmaking or film production is a big bonus as the person who flourishes in this role would have options either to progress to a studio manager position or to move into the film production side of the business. This is a good first step for someone generally interested in the world of film production.

**Specific duties**:

- Front-desk Reception**:Day-to-day greetings of clients, gracious and effective responses to questions and concerns in the studio, signing up clients, scheduling and checking out sessions.

- Studio operations**:Helping keep the studio spaces organised and clean for new customers. Also by alerting necessary personnel to clean or fix if necessary. Ensuring key studio equipment supplies are in stock. Making sure studio users have everything they need.
**- A mix of admin support**:There may be a variety of other relevant administrative duties surrounding the preparation of the studios for filming.
