Are you passionate about the art of dance and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated and organized Studio Coordinator to join our vibrant dance school. As the Studio Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dance studio and providing exceptional support to our students, instructors, and parents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dance studio, including scheduling classes, rehearsals, and performances.
- Coordinate with instructors, choreographers, and staff to create a well-structured and efficient class schedule.
- Assist in student registration, enrollment, and tuition collection.
- Serve as the point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate studio events, performances, and competitions, ensuring all logistics are well-organized and executed.
- Maintain studio facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and inventory of dance equipment and supplies.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, such as creating social media content, distributing flyers, and maintaining the studio's online presence.
- Collaborate with the artistic director and administrative team to support the overall growth and success of the dance school.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required for studio activities and events.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team player mentality.
