**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Implement and maintain studio policies and procedures.
Manage scheduling and booking of photography sessions.
Ensure the studio is well-maintained and organized.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of photographers, editors, and support staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Handle staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
- **Client Relations**:Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Manage client consultations and provide expert advice on photography services.
- **Financial Management**:Oversee studio budget and financial planning.
Monitor expenses and manage cost controls.
Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- **Marketing and Sales**:Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Manage social media accounts and promotional activities.
Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the photography or wedding industry.
Strong knowledge of photography techniques and equipment.
Experience in team management and leadership.
- **Skills**:Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and client demands
