**Operations Lead**

An operations lead position is available at Respiree Pte Ltd. The purpose of this role is to manage patient and healthcare stakeholder relationships with hospitals, homes and healthcare stakeholders. This position will require client relations and discussions with patients in their homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure of Respiree for internal purposes
- Support management of IT systems and infrastructure of Respiree for internal purposes
- Lead installation and setup of product and solutions including but not limited to preparation of devices, hardware and ensuring documentation
- Support the monitoring IT systems and infrastructure of Respiree for external
- Monitor customer support and relations in response to use of products
- Ensure compliance to ISO 13485 standards and maintain documentation
- Identifying and mapping operational strengths and customer needs
- Following trends both locally and internationally
- Develop close working relationships with international partners

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Life Science, engineering or related discipline
- Degree in Nursing or Certification as an Allied Health Professional
- 3 years of experience in healthcare operations
- 1 years of experience in IT system management
- Knowledge of the life-science and/or healthcare sector within APAC
- Strong analytical, management and communication skills
- Driven personality
- Strong influencing skills
