Helpdesk Support Specialist L1/l2

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide L1 or L2 support by helping to resolve basic customer enquiries.
- Collecting general information about customer case and escalate to L3 support.
- Collate repeating cases for analysis and tracking.
- Maintain and update knowledge base of customer queries and solutions.
- Perform simple manual testing on software portal.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any Information Technology related field.
- Working experience on ticketing systems using JIRA/Zendesk.
- Knowledge on Appian, Ruby on Rails or ReactJS will be advantageous.
- Customer service oriented.
