
Business Development Manager

Responsible for selling professional services and all sales activities, from lead generation right through to closure of the deals. He/She implements sales plans that meet the business goal of expanding customer base, sells consultatively and makes recommendation to prospects and clients to solve their business issue. He/She will maximise all opportunities in order to increase market share, maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values, maintains contact with clients to ensure that client satisfaction is kept at high level, responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, He/She should possess and demonstrates the ability to carry out professional business conversation with business owner and decision makers.

**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Experience in professional firm is an advantage
- Client focused
- Adaptable and versatile
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Able to read and write English and Chinese in view of business communication
- Able to organize, meticulous and detailed manner
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Experienced in the accounting & finance related industry is an added advantage
- Diploma or Degree holder may apply
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
