
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities within target industries, leveraging market insights to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and positioning our solutions as valuable partnerships.
- Promote our range of services to potential clients, clearly articulating their unique benefits and how they align with client objectives (experience in selling services is a plus).
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business avenues and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, tracking progress against goals and providing insights to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B business development experience, with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.
- Event sales experience is a plus - experience in generating leads and closing deals through events, conferences, or exhibitions will be highly regarded.
- Experience in selling services is a plus - understanding of service-based sales dynamics and value proposition communication.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
