
Resort Operations Executive

Work Location: Changi
**Responsibilities**:
Manage front desk duties during check-ins and handling of telephone enquiries.
Handle onsite requests and provide assistance during resorts operation hours.
Coordinate with security team on special vehicles/persons entering the premises.
Account for damages, loss of equipment, defects after check-outs, to be recorded on electronic check-in forms.
Conduct regular inspection of the villas to ensure the resorts is well-maintained and up kept.
To schedule repairs and maintenance when required.
Carry out all low-value office supplies stationery-ordering.
Handle any issues surfaced up by the housekeeping/security team/occupants.
**Requirements**:
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
Positive working attitude
Pro-active, self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
Meticulous and attentive to details
