**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Assistant Manager and above of Security Operations in monitoring, supervising and deployments to ensure that they are done effectively at all times.
Patrol and monitor resort properties / critical installations proactively and to attend to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
Ensure and maintain the customer service standards.
Control, contain, and / or neutralize any robbery, criminal hostage or criminal attack within property, according to the approved procedures.
Act as the casino’s Responsible Gaming Ambassador and provide advice to the patrons according to the regulator’s expectations and the resorts’ SOPs.
Manage, train and conduct audits for the outsourced security to ensure compliance and knowledge efficiency.

**Job Requirements**
Minimum GCE 'N' Level
- Preferably with experience in Security
- Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with the ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.
- Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public.**Resume Requirement**
