Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Executive /Senior Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with client objectives and organizational goals. You\'ll play a key role in delivering seamless event experiences by managing stakeholder communications, overseeing logistics, and ensuring operational excellence from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Planning

  • Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance on event design, logistics, and execution strategies.

Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with internal business units and external vendors to align event deliverables.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination across all parties involved.

On-Site Execution & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct site inspections and oversee event setup and operations.
  • Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with client specifications and attendee satisfaction.

Financial Administration

  • Initiate billing procedures and manage financial documentation.
  • Ensure timely receipt of deposits and credit applications with complete and accurate information.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferably in the Events or Hospitality industry.
Required Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and or Delphi Sales & Catering is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
