**PROCON **is an integrated marketing agency made up of a group of ambitious individuals.

Born from the need to escape a cookie-cutter approach to events, we have been pushing the limits within the luxury world to create truly meaningful experiences that connect brands with their audience.

The Senior Event Executive’s focus is to manage existing client relationships. Together with the Account Managers, he/she will also work to grow the agency’s account portfolio through new business acquisitions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood and responded to in a timely manner.
- Clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status.
- Management of budget, schedules and project status.
- End to end event operations, including venue sourcing, securing third party costs, onsite event management, etc.
- Manage event registration and attendee communication, including tracking RSVPs, managing ticket sales, and responding to inquiries.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure all aspects of the event are planned & executed seamlessly.
- Guide the development, writing and presentation of project proposals, schedules and plans.
- Collaborate with creative and production teammates to ensure the integrity of work.
- Support Account Managers to build the agency’s account portfolio through new business pitches.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in an events, marketing or creative agency.
- Curious, with a deep interest in culture and an appreciation for the experiential.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey thoughts in a succinct, thorough manner.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to last minute’s changes.
- Good organizational techniques with meticulous attention to details.
- Proficient in basic Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Keynote.
- Able to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events.
