**Job Requirements**
**Critical Work Functions & Key Tasks**
**Lead industry-level projects and initiatives**
- Able to identify and partner with potential collaborators to organize outreach and networking events, with the goal of increasing awareness and fostering programme adoption.
- You need to supervise industry strategic projects, events, and initiatives, while monitoring all project deliverables, results, and indicators.
- You need to cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to pinpoint growth opportunities for the Federation.
**Accelerate industry innovation and technology adoption**
- Able to identify the digital requirements of stakeholders to promote the adoption of technology in businesses.
- Able to execute programs and initiatives with the aim of educating and enhancing enterprises' understanding of various aspects of technology and digitalization.
- You need to implement campaigns and events to promote the adoption of technology and digital initiatives.
**Organise and oversee industry development events**
- You need to develop event proposals for management approval, ensuring objectives are met throughout planning, design, and production within set time and budget constraints.
- You need to cultivate strong connections with event sponsors, partners, and suppliers for potential future collaborations.
- Able to coordinate with event sponsors, partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless on-site operations during events.
- You need to work with Marketing & Communications to develop effective event marketing campaigns and communication plans for key messages.
- Able to gather post-event feedback from all stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in future events.
**Supervise budget management & expenditures**
- You need to create and oversee event budgets for approval by various stakeholders.
- You need to ensure the alignment of events expenditure with the allocated events budgets.
- Assess potential opportunities with funding providers and partners to ensure alignment with the organization's strategies and policies.
**Attributes**:
- Able to effective verbal and written communication skills.
- You must have demonstrates effective organizational abilities, skilled in prioritization, multitasking, and independent work.
- You must have an effective time management abilities and a proven track record of successfully handling concurrent projects.
- Proactive with a strong initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing tools is advantageous.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
