Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and institutional events related to executive education programmes, ensuring they align with partner goals and educational objectives.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate sponsors, institutional partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance programme offerings and expand the reach of executive education initiatives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for events and partnership-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with programme goals and partner expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and institutional partners, managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership agreements.
- Organize and oversee logistics for events, seminars, and workshops, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, education specialists, and logistics) to deliver seamless experiences for all stakeholders.
- Research and identify new partnership opportunities and explore creative avenues for event sponsorships to secure financial and strategic support for initiatives.
- Monitor event performance and partner engagement, gathering feedback and conducting post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure future success.
- Stay informed on industry trends related to event management, corporate partnerships, and executive education, driving innovation in event design and partnership strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a strong focus on partnership development and event management in the education or corporate sector.
- Proven track record in successfully building and maintaining partnerships with corporate or institutional stakeholders.
- Strong event management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee logistics for large-scale events and initiatives.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to foster positive and long-term partnerships with corporate sponsors and institutional partners.
- Knowledge of funding mechanisms, including securing corporate sponsorships and managing partnerships to financially support events and programmes.
