Manager, Culture and Engagement

The purpose of this role is to enhance internal communication, increase employee engagement and promote desired organisational culture through managing various activities and projects. One of the core responsibilities is to design, develop, plan and implement initiatives that shape and shift AMEA Snacks BU culture to deliver on the business strategy and our cultural aspiration. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building an engaging an inclusive culture within the company.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Implement enterprise wide 360 Culture and Engagement Program for Snacks BU with interventions across the organisation, that drive towards delivering on the strategy yet are tailored and impactful for different areas and audiences across the business (SG HQ vs Enstek Shop Floor).
- Deploy internal communication strategy that will support and drive Culture and Engagement Program deployment, and will tap into various communication channels allowing to reach to diverse groups of employees
- Develop and deploy annual communication drumbeat for Snacks BU.
- Develop compelling content -leveraging on the company narrative and business priorities
- to support the execution of internal communications plans, as assigned. Support materials might include mailings, reports, letters, speeches, newsletters, posters, and infographics, among others.
- Analyse culture data and insights collected through our employee engagement survey and other culture relevant feedback, and develop interventions aimed at addressing culture “hot spots.
- Program manage culture initiatives to ensure that our culture transformation maintains momentum driving employee engagement which includes the annual GOS Survey cycle, communication of survey results and action plan development, leader/team capability building, and ongoing monitoring of engagement with targeted actions in response to GOS experiences and feedback.
- Influence, educate and engage key stakeholders including the SLT, PLT, people managers across the business.
- Work closely with Snacks HR Community and support the local HR teams to lead transformational cultural change in their division by coaching and facilitating business leaders.
- Aligns all developed visual and text materials to our Employer Brand guidelines, to ensure company quality standards are met.
- Organize and facilitate culture & engagement related off-site events as well as various regular communication touchpoints like TownHall meetings, BU Newsletters, etc.
- Develop and deploy Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes.
- Promote employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders and rally participation from employees.
- Effectively execute needed activations when facing disaster relief situations.
- Supports Crisis Communications initiatives.
- Partners with communications, graphics and multimedia agencies to secure appropriate support materials.

- Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between Culture and Engagement strategy and business strategy and in particular employee engagement and how this relates to overall business performance.
- People leadership, the ability to engage, inspire and motivate people. Create an environment where teams are actively encouraged to be innovative and proactive.
