The mission of Order fulfilment Analyst Operations is to be the voice of project order fulfilment team to ensure our products are in the right places at the right time, supporting our Partners to achieve forecasted requirements. We are passionate about running our supply chain as efficiently as possible, to maximise sell through while working towards a streamlined order fulfilment experience for our partners.
- Handle full set of purchasing process for IT equipment (RFQ, negotiation, shipping & follow up on deliveries). - Champion the order fulfilment, order maintenance and/or returns management process for one or more routes to market and/or lines of business. - Monitor and trend critical execution metrics on weekly, monthly & quarterly and influence partners to drive accountability and improvements to target. - Lead cross-functional initiatives that continuously improve the cost, quality, and speed of channel order fulfilment. - Responsible for the internal process flow and SOP documentation.
- Vendor Management handling the local & overseas suppliers. - Responsible of documentation on purchasing activities (Purchasing database maintenance, matching and submission of PO/DN/Invoice to Finance). - Update daily and monthly planning & purchasing reports, follow up weekly with suppliers on forecasted requirements. - Generating purchasing request, expediting, re-scheduling, and handling excess and inventory control management. - Ensure timely delivery materials to support the operation. - RMA management. - Managed project order fulfilment. - To perform any other related duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

- Min. Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant field with 3 years’ experience in Operations role, preferable in Order Fulfilment (Retail or Online) and/or Logistics Services role.
- Good communication skill in both writing and verbal. Expected to communicate with various parties within the region as the role is also support other countries within the region.
- Expertise on efficiency and reporting tools such as Excel is required.
- Quick learner for Customer operating system (training will be given)
- Result driven with strong monitoring and follow up skill, and Customer oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, positive and open minded to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that undergoes constant change.
- Able to work under stress environment with short notice of job task assignment.
- Inventory management skill.
