**APAC Sales & Marketing Manager

This **fast-paced**, **technical role** is an exciting opportunity for a **dynamic**, **independent**, and **entrepreneurial** individual who does whatever it takes to get the job done. You will **travel widely** and **frequently**, for industry events, trade fairs and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and train the **regional distributor network**, organise **customer visits**:

- Provide **technical** and **regulatory support** to address customer inquiries
- Support **regulatory** and **certification compliance** across Asian markets
- Plan and execute **seminars**, **webinars**, and **trade show** participation
- **Drive sales growth** and **diversification** into new market opportunities
- Generate forecasts, reports, and analytics to support **data-driven decisions**:

- Oversee **marketing tools**, **social media** presence, and **website** maintenance
- **Degree** in **Biology**, **Chemistry**, **Biochemistry** or a related field
- Written and spoken fluency in **Mandarin** and **English** is essential
- Demonstrable **B2B sales experience **within cosmetics, preferably with **cosmetic active ingredients**:

- Thorough knowledge of the **Global Regulatory environment**, including NMPA, halal and natural certifications
- **Happy to travel regularly** within the region and beyond
