**Job Title**:AVP Sales, APAC Region
**Location**:Singapore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the APAC region.
- Manage relationships with key distributors, dealers, and partners within the tyre industry in targeted countries.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market share and enhance profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and KPIs across all APAC markets.
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **12 years of sales experience **, with a mandatory background in the **tyre industry **.
- Extensive experience managing sales across APAC countries, including **Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines **.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the tyre industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- **MBA **degree from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in **English **(written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
