You have a demonstrated track record of managing and executing brand campaigns on a global and regional scale, as well as much smaller hyper-local activity. You understand how to identify, target, and connect with our audience to support business growth. You are an inspirational creative leader who understands creative effectiveness in the context of long-term brand building efforts across multi-audience organizations. With these skills, you will help us develop an iconic brand while being a direct contributor to flexing our global brand, leveraging fixed and flexed brand frameworks to connect with customers across APAC and across a range of touchpoints. You are passionate about the brand and will be its guardian in APAC, working hand in hand with the APAC marketing team and local content teams in support of storytelling that builds our brand reputation.
As AVP Global Brand and Creative (APAC) you will......
**Global Creative Strategy**: Contribute to the development of the global creative strategy, ensuring that the needs of the business in APAC are catered for, as well as the nuance of the region
**Creative Development & Execution**: Manage and oversee APAC omni-channel creative development and new campaign launches in priority markets and audience segments
Be a strong contributor in the development and production of brand-building (Upper Funnel) campaigns
Building and adapting flex brand assets for internal and external use, accessed via Chubb’s Brand Central DAM
Design and deliver brand training for the APAC region
Contribute to APAC IP / Trademark Management
Creative Effectiveness / Performance Tracking and Brand Health Measurement:
Monitor on an ongoing basis, creative performance (including social metrics such as sentiment tracking) and generate insights and learnings to inform new creative development.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of a global brand research methodology and roll-out across priority markets.
**Vendor Management**: Contribute to the development of the vendor network in line with key offerings.
**Trends**: Aim to stay at the forefront of new trends and developments in the world of brand and marketing.
Proactively advance Global Brand’s relationships and visibility across various communication channels, particularly earned media, by identifying and leveraging opportunities.
Contribute to evolving and refining Chubb’s omni-channel brand strategy, ensuring the brand remains relevant with our customers, creative community, and employees.
Over-time, contribute to building a best-in-class creative production team that supports the business with consistent implementation of brand guidelines.
Manage Chubb’s APAC roster of creative agencies in the development of compelling global brand campaigns across the brand’s paid, owned and earned channels. Operating alongside the APAC Marketing and Comms team to drive the local strategy and operational processes.
Contribute to developing and executing breakthrough partnerships and ideas to amplify the Chubb brand, such as Australian Open Tennis.
Build strong relationships throughout the company to help unify Chubb's narrative and amplify our mission internally and externally. Collaborate closely with cross functional leaders in Product and Customer Experience, Content, Performance Marketing, Insights, Communications, HR and Technology to ensure our brand positioning is consistent across all initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience working in brand and/or creative services
- Experience working in both agency and corporate environment a plus an ability to work independently with mínimal guidance, and to manage upwards to senior leadership
- Experience developing digital creative assets for social media and display
- Experience driving brand activation, campaigns and governance across multiple markets in APAC
- Able to collaborate actively and effectively and present clearly and comfortably in a variety of settings
- Strong copywriting skillset
- Strong understanding of design processes
- Proven ability to drive brands with different cultures across the region and, make them relevant
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and versatile in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities
- Strong analytic and conceptual thinking skills
- Motivated, dynamic, creative, and results-oriented
