Job DescriptionLead the Brand & Creative Strategy team across the APAC region, responsible for developing and packaging innovative advertising solutions for a leading international news network.
  • Drive revenue growth by delivering strategic, client-centric solutions that harness premium content and expansive networks.
  • Champion creative excellence and original thinking, working closely with senior stakeholders and commercial teams to bring visions to life.

We're looking for a seasoned leader who can set the vision and strategic direction for our team, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to client solutions. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team of strategists and creatives, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Set the vision and strategic direction for the APAC Brand & Creative Strategy team.
  2. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of strategists and creatives.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment across sales, editorial, and content teams.
  4. Commercial Focus: Drive pitch-to-deal conversion rates and ensure strategic rationale behind proposals strengthens commercial positioning.
QualificationsEssential Requirements:
  • Expertise in multiplatform content and storytelling solutions for global brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, with a track record of packaging strategic brand solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of latest trends in marketing, particularly digital and B2B events.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach that encourages co-operation between internal departments.
