The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a well-organized creative thinker with a passion for brand and design to join the team as Studio & Brand Manager APAC. In this role, you will guide our agency partners to strengthen the Adobe brand presence through their campaign execution and content creation. You’ll act as a key partner to the APAC Integrated Marketing Team to ensure that creative expression is relevant and delivered on a consistent brand look and feel. You’ll keep an eye on campaign production and workflow from the agencies and become the design link to the other global studio teams. Your drive and sense of organization will be an essential part of crafting or localizing content for the APAC regions. You’ll also be joining an established and diverse team in one of the World’s best workplaces.
This role is perfect for someone who is collaborative, highly organized and has project or studio management experience in a global corporate environment.
**What you will do**:
Drive creative expression for key regional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance
Function as the main partner to the Integrated Marketing team, ensure that Studio projects are delivered on brief, translating business needs into compelling marketing assets
Guide agency partners on progressive, best practices regarding digital creative, particularly social for the APAC region
Develop key relationships with our referenced design agencies, local marketing leads, and EMEA / Corp Studio teams to ensure APAC needs are met
Keep track of all ongoing production progress including localization of large global advertising campaigns as well as locally crafted campaigns.
Empower local marketing team on brand standards and guidelines.
Host curated brand or design sessions for our partnering agencies when needed.
Work with agency partners to amend any incorrect asset.
**What you need to succeed**:
Minimum 5+ years of experience working as studio manager in a global corporate environment
Details and brand consistency are important to you
Should have a world-class understanding of design and media specifics particularly for the APAC region (key markets include Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia).
Hands-on experience with and advocate for Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite of products
Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written as fostering relationships will be highly important in this role
Ability to quickly grasp the inner workings of the APAC marketing team as well as the overall business direction
English speaker (first language or fluent)
Second relevant APAC language essential such as Korean, or Traditional Chinese
Experience working with Adobe Workfront project management tool a +
Bachelor’s design degree, or equivalent work experience required.
