Studio Manager

This position reports to the director and interfaces with studio managers and customers. The Art Bones Studio Pte. **Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1.Trainee will be able to collaborate with workshop hosts and create monthly schedule, manage booking slots availabilities and responsible for overseeing attendance and daily workflow.
2.Trainee will be able to ensure all equipments and inventory are properly maintained and available for all workshop sessions.
3.Trainee will be able to communicate customer feedback and improve the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Trainee will be able to handle day to day operations and aid in submission of important company documents and payment.
5.Trainee will be able to propose operational changes and initiatives that will improve efficiency and workflow in the company.
**Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Oversee company's operations and organize workshop schedules, and manpower scheduling
2. Manage stock inventory and maintenance of equipments
3. Plan budgeting and generate reports when necessary
4. Proposing and implementing initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
5. Responsible for customer satisfaction and feedbacks
**This is a 6 month training program
