**About the Opportunity**

The Digital Workplace Engineer is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, operational L2 & L3 support for large scale end user computing environment

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Develop, script and deploy end user device patches and changes in a scalable manner
- Implement new features end-to-end and administrates M365 tenant (Azure AD, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, etc), video/web conferencing tools, desktop virtualization, image management, software distributions, mobile device, Group Policy management, SSO, and other productivity & collaboration tools.
- Experience in Powershell scripting and automation
- Support day to day operations and incident resolution
- Documentation of Digital Workplace design and systems.
- Management of new and renewal of licenses
- Collaborate with Global and Regional teams
- Participate and contribute in PCI-DSS, ISO and other certifications within Digital Workplace domain.
- Identifies and proactively manages all risks and issues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staffs.

**You will have**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
- 5 years of work experience in designing, implementing and supporting end user devices and digital workplace products.
- Experience in stakeholders’ engagement and vendor management
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft products: Azure, Office 365, Window operating systems
- Knowledge of IT solutions: Patch management, Endpoint management, AD management
- Ability to plan, organise and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with institutional policies/procedures; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and written
- Establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility
- Multi-tasking and respond to emergency situations effectively
