Platform Leader

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development, integration, and operations of digital workplace platforms.
Achieve scalable, secure, and optimized systems through platform architecture, software engineering practices, and site reliability engineering (SRE).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Implementation: Develop resilient, secure digital workplace platforms with disaster recovery capabilities.
  2. Platform Feature Development: Apply modern software engineering practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and enforce secure coding, access control, encryption, and compliance standards.
  3. SLOs/SLIs and SRE: Define and implement SLOs/SLIs, apply SRE best practices for scalability and performance, and lead incident response and troubleshooting across complex systems.
  4. Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance on system usage and modernization, architect endpoint solutions, DEM platforms, and optimize IT service desk operations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experience.

  • Experience: Proven experience and deep understanding in platform architecture, development, and integration across digital workplace technologies.
  • Device Management Systems: Expertise in device management systems, including MECM, Samsung EMM, WS1, and UEM.
  • VDI Platforms: Experience with VDI platforms, including VMware Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and AWS Workspaces.
  • Endpoint Security Tools: Familiarity with endpoint security tools, including Trellix AV, DLP, and EDR.
  • Video Conferencing Systems: Knowledge of video conferencing systems, including Cisco, Q-Sys, and Pexip.
  • Observability Platforms: Understanding of observability platforms, including NexThink and ServiceNow.
  • IAM Systems: Proficiency with IAM systems, including Directory Services, SSO, and MFA.
