Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization and drive the implementation of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing these solutions to enhance our digital ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce security policies, retention strategies, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Microsoft Modern Workplace Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Lead Technical Delivery: Lead technical delivery of projects involving MDM (Workspace One), identity integrations (Okta), and endpoint security.
  • Develop Automation Solutions: Develop and deploy automation solutions using PowerShell and Power Apps to optimize IT operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide Training and Support: Conduct technical training and handovers to support teams across locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced PowerShell Scripting: Advanced scripting skills for automation and governance.
  • Microsoft Teams Calling and Meeting Rooms Deployment: Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling and Meeting Rooms (MTR) deployment and support.
  • Microsoft 365 Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune.
  • Endpoint Management and Security: Experience with endpoint management and security (Intune, Workspace One).
  • Identity and Access Management: Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta).
  • ITSM Automation and Integration: Experience with ITSM automation and integration.
  • Vulnerability Assessments and Patch Management: Familiarity with vulnerability assessments and patch management.
Certifications:
  • MS-700 – Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate
  • MS-720 – Microsoft Certified Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
  • SC-300 – Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Administrator
  • MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
