Job Title

You will be leading the design, development and operations of digital workplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive platform architecture and software engineering practices to ensure secure, scalable and optimized systems.
  • Champion modern engineering methodologies and contribute to technology stewardship through internal and external engagements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of resilient, secure digital workplace platforms with disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Define and implement SLOs/SLIs and apply SRE best practices for scalability and performance.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experience.
  2. Proven experience and deep understanding in platform architecture, development and integration across digital workplace technologies.
  3. Proficiency with modern DevOps practices and tools.
  4. Strong knowledge of IT service desk platforms, including workflow automation and analytics.
  5. Experience with SRE methodologies, synthetic monitoring and capacity planning.
