- Your role- change initiatives: through a data-driven approach, contribute to the change management plan and drive initiatives to promote a mindset change and increase engagement.
- engineering culture: support CDIO functions and locations to attract and retain the best engineers on the street. Cultivate an environment in which they feel engaged, empowered and supported throughout their career.
- junior talent: coordinate entry-level talent across CDIO APAC and constantly seek to improve their end to end experience allowing UBS to attract and onboard the leaders of tomorrow.
- network and influence: activate key influencers to collaboratively drive the people & culture agenda, Educate global teams on APAC progress, achievements, challenges. Relentlessly promote APAC in global peer CDIO forums and in selected external forums.

**Your team**
- CDIO in APAC is a 2500+ strong diverse workforce present in 12 locations. The CDIO APAC Regional Management team is responsible for enabling the UBS CDIO strategy in the region. Depending on the topic and the need, we drive strategic initiatives, coordinate regional projects whilst seeking alignment with our global stakeholders

- experience in structuring, leading culture change initiatives in large organizations
- data driven with excellent organizational, problem solving skills in a fast and agile environment
- ability to communicate and influence all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
