Overview
We are seeking a proactive Manager of People & Culture to lead our HR and organizational development initiatives in Japan. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and fostering a positive company culture. Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company goals.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Oversee performance management, feedback, and career development processes.
Promote a positive workplace culture and organizational values.
Advise management on HR matters and labor law compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, people management, or organizational development.
Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
