**We are Engineering & Facilities Management company, This position will station at Banking Sector (Site) in central area of Singapore.**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Coordinate document submission with site office personnel
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carry out front desk & clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing document requires
- To collate claims from site technician and send it to HQ every 1st a month
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support/Customer service or equivalent.
- Requires to cover staff on leave or MC at other site office(Central area).
Availability: Immediate or short notice. 5 days' work week.
**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month
