**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned client accounts.
- Understand the clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
**Business Development**:
- Identify opportunities for expanding the scope of services/products offered to clients through upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth and revenue generation.
- Prospect for new potential clients within the assigned industry or market segment.
**Account Planning and Strategy**:
- Develop and implement account plans that outline goals, strategies, and tactics for retaining and expanding client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and capitalize on opportunities.
**Solution Delivery and Implementation**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of products, services, or solutions to clients.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**
- Monitor key performance metrics related to client accounts, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and opportunities for internal stakeholders.
**Negotiation and Contract Management**:
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract adherence and mitigate risks.
- Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working with relevant teams to find prompt and effective solutions.
- Handle escalations and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, tourism and hospitality or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in a B2B context.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics relevant to the clients' business.
- Adaptability to changing business environments and client needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
