
HR & Admin Executive

Assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records and update HRIS accurately and promptly
- Must have payroll administration experience
- Incharge of all type of insurance and renewal
- Involve in staff welfare activities
- Undertake all other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business administration
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in HR Administration preferably in Construction industry working with Maincon office
- Payroll experience is a must
- Possess basic knowledge of Whyze HR System and Ms Office Application ie MS Word, Excel etc
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures
- Required Language : English and Mandarin/Good Verbal communication skills in Mandarin to correspondence in all feedback and queries of Chinese speaking customers
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
