Manage staff monthly payroll timesheet, claims and CPF Submission.
- Manage workers’ monthly payroll claim and allowance processing.
- Handle employees’ tax clearance.
- Assist in employees’ training registration and manage training records for all employees.
- Manage employees’ insurance claims and workmen compensation (WICI).
- Renewal Insurance plan.
- Maintaining employees’ database and leave records, including annual and medical leave.
- Manage workers’ accommodation including check-in to, and check-out from dormitories,
including arrangements upon workers' arrival in Singapore.
- Renewal Dormitory contract.
- Completing surveys from MOM and BCA.
- Handle vehicles accident claim, vehicle road tax and season parking.
- Purchase groceries for office use.
- Provide proper filing works for all related HR documents.
- Provide administrative support in office.
- Organize Corporate Events.
- Prepare petty cash/YouBiz/DBS payment detail and claim.
- Assist on PDPA compliance/ DPTM and Grant.
- All other ad hoc employees’ related matters.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
