**Senior HR Advisor**

Singapore - Hybrid working mode

The Senior HR Advisor will perform HR generalist functions to support the HR Manager in providing guidance to managers and employees, compensation & employee benefits and learning & development activities. The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Manager to deploy and ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, tools and processes and operations in meeting the business and people needs.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Build and maintain employee and managers relations to facilitate you to provide HR advisory on a range of HR queries such as employee benefits and insurance, compensation and tax queries, performance, learning & development and inclusion and diversity.
- Support the HR Manager to contribute positively to the HR function as a whole, through building effective partnerships within the function, and assist with opportunities to lead the roll out of HR initiatives, HR projects and staff engagement activities
- Provide advice on, and conduct performance management plans and disciplinary procedures where necessary
- Proactively developing and recommending HR initiatives to support business goals and maintaining employer competitiveness and employee engagement
- Prepare HR reports and provide data and trends analysis
- Drive an inclusive and diverse workplace

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

- Degree holder
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist or similar in a corporate environment
- Accountable and able to ownership of own work, proactive and take initiative in HR assignments
- Excellent interpersonal & analytical skills, organised and attention to details
- Must be knowledgeable in Singapore legislation for a variety of HR matters
- Good MS Office skills in Excel (intermediate), Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
