Job Title: Strategic HR Advisor

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior leaders and HR Centres of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with business units to drive strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance.
  • Identify and mitigate people-related risks through proactive advice and solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, including employment legislation, talent management, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services team to hire top talents and appoint/reappoint staff in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct, and discipline matters.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives, such as manpower planning, budgeting, employee engagement surveys, and performance management programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Business Partnering role.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and able to drive change initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix structure.
