Overview

Frazer Jones are partnering with a prestigious international law firm to appoint a personable and professional HR Advisor to join their Asia team, based in a standalone HR role in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to take on an individual contributor role, supporting a dynamic and high-performing office while collaborating closely with a regional and global HR team.

Role title: HR Advisor, Singapore (regional remit to support broader Asia operations over time).

The Role

Reporting to the Head of HR Asia (based in Hong Kong), the HR Advisor will deliver end-to-end HR support to Singapore, supporting fee-earners and business services client groups, including Partners and Business Services Heads. The primary focus is the Singapore office, with scope to support broader Asia operations and collaboration with HR colleagues in Hong Kong and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and compensation reviews, and day-to-day HR advisory.
  • Manage visa and regulatory processes in coordination with local authorities.
  • Maintain data accuracy across HR systems (Workday) and ensure precision in contracts and tools such as Excel.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple practice areas; maintain a proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality deliverables.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a hands-on, conscientious HR Advisor who thrives in a people-facing role and is confident managing a HR generalist function relatively independently from a Singapore perspective. Experience in professional services or legal environments is advantageous, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, business-aligned HR support.
