**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. This is a HR generalist role who will partner and support the Director, Human Resources to provide high quality service delivery and people solutions to the business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.

3. Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks.

4. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrolment, and payroll information.

6. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

8. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

9. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

10. Assist in the preparation and analysis of people analytics and metrics reporting.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.

12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. 5-6 years relevant experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role, preferably in the investment team or financial institution or professional services.

2. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. High Proficient in HRIS system such as Workday or Oracle and MS Office Suite.

7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

9. Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP-CP) is a plus.
