We're looking for an Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team in Singapore as part of our Sales function.

Role Overview

Money20/20 Asia is seeking a highly-organised professional to work alongside our global enterprise sales team to develop and build sustainable relationships - at a regional level - with our most important portfolio of global customers.

This instrumental role has been created to help support enterprise customers to achieve their growth goals in Asia.

You will have a deep understanding of the global relationships we have in place with enterprise customers and will be highly skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with both regional customers and key internal stakeholders.

You will be involved in establishing the regional network, building relationships with key decision makers (building terrain maps), attending meetings in the region, identifying customers drivers, working on the sales value proposition and solutions with the internal global enterprise directors and supporting successful delivery of the sponsorship on site at the show.

You will be able to clearly articulate the global and regional value propositions and be the conduit between the New York and London teams.

You will be flexible, accountable, driven and will be an essential and trusted resource within the team. You will be the enabler who helps our Enterprise accounts grow in Asia.

- The ability to manage and report upwards
- An interest in financial products and markets
- Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
- An honest and trustworthy manner
- High attention to detail
- Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest
- Collaborate and work closely with the global enterprise team to help exceed their targets
- Keep up to date with the industry
- Be an active member of the team by sharing learnings

Skills, experience & qualifications required
- Previous experience in a relationship manager, customer success manager or project management role
- Previous experience dealing with enterprise accounts
- Competent with Linkedin
- Competent in Google Suite
- Use of CRM (preferably Salesforce) to maintain accurate activity, contact and account information of customers and prospects
