**Become part of our Global Sales team**
As a Global Key Account Manager in Wrist, you will be part of our Global Sales team. You will manage the relationship with a portfolio of global key customers, and a portfolio of selected target customers (white space) with primary attention to the Asian segment.

With reference to our Global Sales Director, you will work closely together with a strong team. The position is based in Singapore.

**Global Key Account Manager with a strong focus on key customers**
Your key responsibility is to be the one point of contact for the assigned global key customers, representing our Group of companies, while building a strong relationship and engaging with the key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to grow existing global key customers and develop appointed target customers. As Global Key Account Manager, you own the customer relationship on behalf of Wrist. This means that we expect you to act with trustworthiness, resilience and a high level of business acumen to generate tangible value for the customer and Wrist. More specifically, your primary responsibilities will be to:

- Manage a mixed portfolio of global key customers (retention strategy) and proactively hunt for new customers (development) - 15-20 customers in total
- Develop and maintain a strategy for all assigned customers
- Ensure complete, strong, and updated account plans, at all times, based on customer intel and needs, and create alignment with stakeholders and P&L owners
- Increase share of wallet and create barrier to exit
- Identify and grow new business opportunities with assigned customers
- Deliver the budget for the assigned customers
- Conduct quarterly and annually business reviews and meetings as relevant
- Ensure complete, strong, and updated account plans at all times, based on customer intel and needs

As a person, you have a winning attitude, are proactive, and possess a mindset to drive growth. Furthermore, you excel in maintaining and developing key accounts as well as you have a strong sales track record from KAM setup and international sales within B2B. It is a requirement that you have a background in the maritime industry - preferably within Ship Supply.
