**Direct Search Global is working with an international Maritime service provider to fill the role of Key Account Manager in their Singapore office. The office is located in the CBD.**
**Why this job?**
You are representing the Company as a Sales Ambassador in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and distributing the Company services to both distributors and end customers within the APAC region. Your primary commitment will be to provide your expertise and services exclusively to the Company on a full-time basis, ensuring the successful execution of your obligations. This role reports to the Sales Director in Singapore office.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets by actively promoting, distributing, and directly selling to partners and end customers throughout the APAC region.
- Contribute to the Company’s overall financial objectives for the year.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Company, upholding the organization’s reputation within the Satellite Industry.
- Promote, sell, and distribute the Company’s portfolio of services, with a primary focus on the Maritime market.
- Drive sales for the Company Connectivity and Digital solutions and expand the Company’s presence and customer base in the APAC region.
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience in IT, Telecommunications, Satellite, or the Maritime Industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maritime digitalization, including Ship IT/OT, Cyber Solutions, and a knowledge of new maritime initiatives.
- A proven track record of high-performance in sales.
- Practical experience with satellite network systems is a valuable asset.
- Previous work experience within an international organization is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- The capability to establish trustworthy relationships with key clients.
- Proficiency in English is a requirement, and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Exhibiting a high level of self-driven motivation.
- Displaying confidence and effectiveness in conveying and presenting concepts.
- Enthusiastic about pursuing fresh sales opportunities.
- Ready to attentively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Demonstrates effective teamwork, contributing to a constructive and supportive team atmosphere with colleagues.
