Singapore CME Management Full time

**Description**

Responsibilities include daily responsibilities of market operations including CME Group futures and options markets, BrokerTec Fixed Income and Repo markets and EBS foreign exchange markets. The Senior GCC Analyst provides first line support to customers of CME Group for any product, trading, technical related issues, and market-event enquiries.

Principal Accountabilities:
Execution of duties in such a fashion as to deliver accurate and precise information so that risk to both the customer and the CME Group is minimized. Primary duties would not limit to; order status, order cancel, net position assistance, execution of error trades in F&O, BrokerTec and EBS.

Facilitate proper reporting of block trades or deals, voiding and correcting OTC transactions as directed by customers and properly facilitating Exchange Admin requests as needed.

Managing customer interactions to deliver excellent service on a consistent basis regardless of type of interaction or level of complexity in timely, accurate & professional manner.

Perform daily operational checks and processes, provide timely and proper escalation if needed.

Able to conduct investigation and analysis relating to market events, connectivity, business technology, functionality, and products.

Preferred Qualifications Include
- Prior customer support experience in a customer facing position
- Knowledge of the business in derivatives and cash market
- Knowledge of Futures Markets/ Cash Bonds/ Spot FX
- Experience with leading industry charting/news platforms, such as Bloomberg, CQG, & front-end trading platforms

- Team player with the ability to work independently

Preferred Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within trading, broking, middle office, technical support, market analysis or customer support experience
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong communication, written and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience in programming
- Working with large data sets

Language Requirements
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Proficiency in other languages a plus
