The teams are transforming Operations through Tech and Analytics.We Need You.Job Title: Senior Analyst Credits & CollectionsLocation: BangaloreReporting to: Manager - OTCPurpose of the Role:The Credit and Collections Specialist manages the company's credit policies, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices to minimize financial risk. This role evaluates customer creditworthiness, monitors receivables, and resolves overdue accounts, maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting financial stability.Key tasks & accountabilities:- Assess and analyze customer credit applications and credit limits for prudent risk management.- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, initiating timely collection efforts for overdue accounts.- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes, ensuring accurate billing.- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer interactions in the CRM or ERP system.- Prepare regular reports on credit and collection performance metrics for management review.- Implement and enforce company credit policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Identify trends and potential risks in the credit portfolio, recommending corrective actions.- Support month-end closing processes to ensure appropriate accounting for all receivables.Qualifications, Experience, Skills:Education & Experience:- University Degree - Bachelors Degree in Business Studies OR Finance- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing
