Job Requirements:
Primary oversight and responsibilities willinclude and not be limited to:
Futures & Options, BrokerTec Fixed Income and Repos, EBS Foreign Exchange, Exchange Market Data

Principal Accountabilities:
Develop ad-hoc queries and perform data analysis to create data driven solutions to support or change policy, process, procedures, and technology. Field customer enquiries relating to market events, connectivity, business technology, and products.Evaluate and monitor market activity and order flow for efficiency and anomalous behavior.Perform investigations for both internal and external clients.Demonstrate the ability to articulate difficult and complex problems and solutions to a broad range of audiences. Facilitate proper reporting, correcting and voiding block trades and OTC deals as directed by customers and properly facilitating Exchange Admin requests as required. Continue to strengthen the GCC's culture of teamwork by identifying and maximizing opportunities for cooperation, coordination and collaboration. Be an advocate for positive communication and drive beneficial resolutions of conflicts.

Skills & Competencies:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced abilities with excel. Working knowledge of industry related research tools (i.e. CQG, Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon)
