As a Customer Care Analyst at JAGGAER, you will be responsible for providing technical support for assigned JAGGAER product lines. Your role will involve maintaining close relationships with key client contacts and utilizing your technical skills to resolve application issues. You will play a crucial role in recommending new configurations to assist customers in achieving their organizational goals. Collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Development teams will be essential to remediate reported client issues promptly and professionally.Your primary responsibilities will include performing technical troubleshooting and data analysis to identify root causes of software problems, assisting customers in issue resolution within service level agreements, analyzing technical configurations, integrations, data migrations, and technical installations for client systems, documenting requirements and rules, and developing proficiency in JAGGAER software solutions and core technologies. Additionally, you will be expected to manage caseloads efficiently, participate in internal meetings, and communicate technical solutions effectively to various stakeholders.To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Chinese along with English with a B2 certification or higher, an associate or bachelor's degree, and 0-3 years of experience working with software applications in a Software-as-a-Service web-based environment. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
