**Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with new and existing partners by providing strong partner support to ensure smooth adoption of Osome’s suite of services.
- Address partners’ concerns within the agreed timeframe via various online platforms.
- Ensure excellent customised services are delivered to partners in a timely manner.
- Service and manage partner accounts throughout the contractual period.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to ensure growth attainment through enhanced partner support.
- Communicate with the operational teams to ensure a high standard of service quality and coordination.
**Requirements**:

- Relevant working experience in a similar role and/or industry is a plus
- Experience in a Partner Success/ Partner Services and Account Management role or similar
- Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills; independent yet be able to contribute in a team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willing to continuously develop and learn
- Goal-oriented and possess the drive to succeed and overachieve
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenging situations
