**Responsibilities**
Sales & Operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the business.
- Streamline operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency.
- Address operational issues and resolve problems that may arise.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales and promotional campaigns.
- Work with finance to manage budgeting and financial planning related to sales and operations.
- Liaise with production and logistics to ensure products/services are delivered on time.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and other key metrics.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights for improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Effective communication is crucial to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is necessary to manage customer data, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- The ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and develop solutions is crucial in this role.
