**Job Title: Sales Executive**
At 8Asthas, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, guiding them to select personalized services that make their special day truly unforgettable. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell comprehensive packages and services, including photography, videography, decorations, pre-wedding photoshoots and planning & coordination services.
- Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about offerings, and follow up to secure bookings.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by identifying opportunities and driving conversions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and memorable experiences.
- Identify new market opportunities in the industry and contribute to sales strategies for business growth.
- Attend meetings and events with the clients to establish rapport and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on event industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide actionable insights to management for ongoing improvement.
- Skillfully negotiate with services with clients, ensuring clear communication of pricing, terms, and conditions to maintain trust and transparency.
- Manage additional sales projects assigned by the management on an ad hoc basis.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wedding services or event management industry.
- Strong understanding of event management services such as photography, videography, decorations and planning etc. is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality service.
- Proficiency in English is required.
