The **Sales Executive** plays a pivotal role in actively engaging in sales activities by effectively promoting our membership programs. This role is an integral part of our team, to foster relationships, and contributes to the growth and success of our educational programs business.

**Salary**: SGD3,000.00 - SDG3,800.00 a month (Depending On Experience)
**(Sales commissions will be awarded separately)**
**Contract Type**: Full-time
**Experience**:At least 2 years experience required in sales. No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Implement effective sales strategies and guide prospective clients through our enrollment process.
- Understand and align prospective client's needs with our program offer.
- Offering ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients’ positive experience with us by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Drive sales efforts to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Actively engage in sales activities to effectively promote and sell our educational programs.
- Generate relevant sales reports for stakeholders
- Analyse and translate sales report into actionables that can improve conversions.
- Proactively follow up with individuals who have expressed their interest in our educational programs to increase conversions.

- Sales oriented mindset with high level of dedication and motivation towards achieving sales targets.
- Adaptable to the change in product offers and flexible in promoting the right offer to that meets clients needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Capability to build and maintain positive relationships within the community, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
- Receptive to constructive feedback.
- Confidence in speaking to clients.
- Willingness to learn and develop skill sets to improve sales conversions.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. The ability to converse in **Chinese **will be an added advantage.
- Good listener and has the ability to understand customer needs, provide personalized solutions.
