**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and engaged third party service providers to perform servicing and cash replenishment on the SSMs
- Monitor the performance of the third-party service provider to ensure all service levels are met.
- Drive initiatives to improve the performance of the SSMs
- Conduct monthly brief to management on the performance of the SSMs.
- Manage various stakeholders that are involve in the running of the SSMs in UOB.
- Manage the daily cash ordering and return from all UOB branches.
- Perform analysis of data to improve process and lower cost.
- Make use of data and analytics tools to present and structure data to derive actions to improve process and lower cost.

**Job Requirements**:

- A university degree holder in any discipline
- Knowledge on operations and banking background ideally with 1-3 years of experience
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and display resourcefulness to resolve problems
- Able to contribute independently and be an excellent team player
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Highly motivated self-starter with personal resilience to perform effectively
