Customer Service Executive, Bank Call Centre

Jurong or Changi available
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to banking clients
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Receiving inbound calls
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Data entry and other ad-hoc duties assigned
WORKING HOUR:
5 days work week including weekends, rotating shifts
First shift from 7am to 4pm
Second shift from 4pm to 1am (Cab claimable)
Third shift 1030pm to 7am
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Min GCE O
- Possess some customer service experience preferably in banking/financial industry or call centre environment
- Able to perform 24 hour rotating shifts work
SALARY:
$2500-$3200
