**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process monthly payroll for clients including OT, locum, CPF calculations and final payment calculation for a portfolio of clients (medical-related)
- Process claims including government-paid maternity / paternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, NSmen claims, etc.
- Filing of Form IR21 (Tax clearance) and preparation of IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
- Liaise with government authorities on payroll, CPF and tax filing requirements
- Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and relevant correspondences
- Handle clients’ new staff’s on-boarding process including preparation of employment contracts, general paperwork and updating HR systems
- Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR database and manage leave administration in accordance with clients’ policies, procedures and statutory requirements
- Closely work with clients to provide professional HR and legal advice to build strong business relationships
- Any other tasks assigned by HOD
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling payroll processing & HR matters
- Experience with outsourced payroll experience will be advantageous
- Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, Income Tax and legislations
- Interest in HR leading best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within set deadlines
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and handle confidential information in a professional and meticulous manner
- Meticulous and willing to learn
